As both a fitness-pro and a creative pro, Rog has spent at least half his life developing creative concepts, and more than half training in martial arts. This combination of disciplines has not only earned him awards, accolades & respect in both arenas, but much more importantly has enabled him to share his love of these worlds with clients, partners, friends and fellow-creatives.
